Perimeter Group captured, imaged and indexed over 3000 A & H Classic files for the Claims Department at Ace Insurance.
Overview of the Project
Perimeter Group supplied an onsite project management team to complete the imaging project under a strict deadline required by ACE Insurance. Perimeter built the Iron Mountain bankers boxes and label them with a Perimeter numbering method for Quality Control purposes and tracking. Perimeter
provided all equipment and software necessary to index the files in each bankers’ boxes to an Excel spreadsheet. Perimeter provided a complete index of all packed files referenced to the corresponding Iron Mountain bar code label. Perimeter built the bankers boxes, pack the boxes, move the boxes to the
indexing room, completed the indexing, bar coding and transmittal of documents, sealed the boxes, moved the boxes to the freight elevator for loading to a skid and moved the boxes to the dock level for pick up by Iron Mountain.
Indexing & File Naming
Perimeter indexed each file according to the file name structure on the physical file folder. Location of Project. This project was completed on-site at ACE Insurance Canadian Headquarters Insurance at 25 York Street.
