Shawn Vallillee is a Managing Partner of Perimeter Group. Shawn represents Perimeter as part of the company’s executive team. His focus is to review existing practices and procedures within an organization, develop a digital road map for change and successfully implement new technology. Shawn has been dedicated to the imaging and information market for more than 23 years and has overseen hundreds of successful imaging projects. He has become a trusted advisor to his clients through his commitment to excellence and achieving results.

Prior to embarking on a career in imaging, Shawn was a consultant to several military companies focused on teaming arrangements to transfer foreign military technology to Canadian companies. Along with his father Bruce Vallillee, they developed the MilTrace large document imaging system in the late 1980’s which was used to digitize military overlays (traces) to digital data for the update and creation of new maps in a battlefield environment. The MilTrace product was successfully deployed through DND and DOD for use in peacekeeping operations throughout the world. In recognition of exceptional performance and outstanding leadership in the C4I disciplines – command, control, communications, computers – Shawn was one of 23 people worldwide in 1990 to receive the Distinguished Young AFCEAN (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association) of the year award.

Launching his career in the financial sector, Shawn held management positions for CIBC and TD Bank for 15 years.
